Meredith C. Arledge

Welcome to Blythe Elementary School! I am honored to serve as the principal of this outstanding learning community. With 23 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of working as a classroom teacher, Literacy Facilitator, Assistant Principal, and Principal.

I am deeply committed to fostering an environment of high expectations for both students and staff, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed. Blythe’s diversity and strong sense of community are what make our school truly special, and I am excited to partner with families to support student achievement.

I am thrilled to be back at an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. The IB program empowers students to become globally minded, critical thinkers who are prepared to thrive in our ever-changing world.

On a personal note, I have been married for 10 years, and my husband works with Habitat for Humanity. We have two wonderful children, ages 6 and 7, and a bulldog named Beachball.
